Booster Board

The Lakeville South Girls Hockey Booster Board exists to promote events/activities, assist with financial needs of the team, bridge communication between the coaching staff, athletic director, parents, and players.

BOARD ROLES:

​

• President: Presides over all meetings, appoints persons to fill all elected positions, and supervises the activities of the board.

​

• Vice President: Performs duties as delegated by the President and in case of absence of the President, acts on his/her behalf.

​

• Treasurer: Responsible for the accounting of, collection, and payment of all the Booster business.

​

• Communications Director: Keeps minutes of meetings, records all correspondence, sends team communications, and works with President to send out needed updates.

​

• Fundraising Director: Oversees fundraising activities and sponsorship programs.

​

• Special Events Director: Works with volunteers to coordinate and plan special events throughout the season.

​

 

*In order to become President, one must hold another board position for a minimum of one year.
